For Full Credit, your Slideshow must include the following:
- pictures of your plates from Friday & today
- label your pictures with swab location and also use arrows or describe what types of colonies you observe (bacteria, mold (fungus), yeast (fungus)
- label the plates with relative amp of bacterial growth: 0= no growth, + = very few colonies, ++++ = completely covered in microbes
- include a slide that explains possible sources of error/contamination in your lab

The quiz will consist of labeling the whole skeleton, long bone, and completing a table similar to the one from class.
-Students will receive a word bank and must label the skeleton and complete a table similar to the worksheet from class.
Academic students may bring and use a 3" x 5" index card (hand-written, both sides) on the test.
Don't forget to wear closed-toed shoes! We'll meet in the lab, D315 for class.
